Bhadarwah, May 02: To reach out to the poor rural population residing in far off areas and devoid of basic medicare facilities, CRPF’s 33 Battalion based at Bhadarwah organised one day Free Medical camp at Sarna village in Additional District Bhadarwah on Tuesday.

The camp was held in the premises of Tourist Reception Centre (TRC) Bhadarwah, which was inaugurated by Devinder Singh Negi, Commandant 33Bn CRPF Bhadarwah along with CMO CRPF 33 Battalion Dr Jayashree. Assistant Commandant Hayat Singh Rana and Assistant Commandant Ankit Gupta were also present on the occasion.

The patients were examined by the doctors from SDH Bhadarwah including Dr Sheenam and Dr Rahat, beside Army doctors led by CMO CRPF Dr Jayashree.
Sarpanches, Panches and a large number of people participated in the free medical camp.
Beside Medical Check up and Medical Advices, free medicines were also distributed among the people. Different types of tests were also conducted during the day long Camp.

Devinder Singh Negi Commandant 33 Bn CRPF Bhadarwah said that we are committed to serve our people and today’s medical camp is part of our helping attitude towards public health care under Civic Action Program (CAP).
CMO CRPF 33 Battalion Dr Jayashree said that the CRPF is not only protecting people from insurgency but we also trying to uplift their medicare by providing them best medicare facilities.
People express gratitude to CRPF for organizing Free Medical Camp and providing them medicines free of cost. They hope CRPF will continue with such initiatives.
Commandant assured such camps in future as well.
