New York, Apr 27: Pratik Mathur, Counsellor at India’s Permanent Mission to the UN, reaffirmed India’s stance on Wednesday that Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh are an integral and inseparable part of India, and no amount of propaganda or misinformation from any country can change that. He made the statement during the UNGA Plenary session on the use of the veto. Mathur also emphasized India’s consistent position on veto reform, stating that all five aspects of UNSC reform, including the veto, should be addressed comprehensively rather than in isolation. India has been joined by several African and Asian nations in advocating for veto reform at the UN for many years.
