Doda Police today on 23rd of March,2023 organised a seminar on drug abuse at Lal Ded Auditorium University campus Bhaderwah . On this occasion, ADC Bhaderwah Sh Dalmir Choudhary was the Chief Guest whereas Sh. Kameshwar Puri -JKPS ,Addl SP Bhaderwah was the Chief host.
The event witnessed a huge gathering of University students and other participants. The main objective of organizing the event was to aware the youth about the hazardous effects of drugs which spoil the health and career of young generation.On this occasion, students of various departments of the university spoke on drug abuse.
The programme was followed by a foot March by university students and NSS volunteers up to Chinar Mohalla Bhaderwah to spread a message against the drug abuse .
Pertinent to mention here that Doda Police has been organizing number of awareness programmes against the drug abuse across the length and breadth of the District as an effort to eradicate the menace of drugs from the society.
