There will be no leniency for Anti-nationals-SSP Kishtwar

Kishtwar :Giving a strong message to anti-national elements, Kishtwar administration on the basis of dossier submitted by the District Police Kishtwar has slapped Public Safety Act (PSA) against the notorious Hizb militant outfit Hawala operator allegedly providing logistic & financial support to HM longest surviving commander Jahangir Saroori, beside was involved in radicalising the youths against the union in Dachhan area of Kishtwar District.
According to a senior Police official, the Hizb Hawala operator Ghulam Qadir S/O Rustam Ganoo R/O Tander Dachhan, has been booked under PSA vide DM Kishtwar order No DM/K/02/PSA of 2023 Dated 15-04-2023 which was executed by the police who shifted him to District Jail Kathua for further lodgement.
Another person identified by the official sources as Mohammad Rafi S/O Mohd Munawar Bhat R/O Pochhal Tehsil & District Kishtwar, also a Hizb sympathiser has been booked under PSA for his sulking role in radicalising the youths by putting forward anti India narrative and Pro Pakistan agenda in the society.
While confirming the development, SSP Kishtwar Khalil Poswal said that both were active in Kishtwar and we have booked both under PSA and has been lodged in Kathua Jail.
According to an official, Ghulam Qadir Genoo was arrested in case FIR NO:- 51/2012 dated 14-08-2012 for the offence u/ss 120-B/122 RPC 13/17 Unlawful Activities Act and 4/5 E.S Act registered against the accuse at police station Chatroo before he along with his son get default bail in February 2013 after Kishtwar police fail to produce challan in stipulated 180 days.

SSP Kishtwar Khalil Poswal said that there will be no leniency for Anti-nationals and they will be dealt with iron hands.
