Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, asserting that the current decade belongs to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, expressed confidence in the NDA’s victory in the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections and said he is prepared to campaign for NDA candidates in the state. In an exclusive interview to PTI Videos, Naidu on Modi and Bihar polls highlighted the progressive nature of the NDA government at the Centre, noting that its reforms aim to empower ordinary citizens and bring tangible benefits to the common man.
He further credited the Telugu Desam Party-led NDA government in Andhra Pradesh for successfully implementing the ‘Super Six’ poll promises within one year, citing the advantages of the ‘double engine’ regime in the state. Speaking about industrial growth, Naidu announced that the foundation stone for ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel’s proposed 7.3 million tons per annum steel plant in AP will be laid next month, with all necessary permissions facilitated by PM Modi.https://himalayanexpress.in/
“In India, very interesting things are happening. Our Honorable Prime Minister has been consistently winning elections since 2000, first as Gujarat CM and now completing 11 years as PM. This decade belongs to Narendra Modi, and when it belongs to him, it automatically benefits all Indians,” Naidu said, emphasizing the confidence that the NDA will perform strongly in the Bihar Assembly elections.
Naidu described the recent GST rate rationalisation as a “win-win situation for everybody,” benefiting consumers, MSMEs, and other businesses. He reiterated that the NDA government remains progressive, focusing on empowering the common man as the guiding principle for reforms.
On governance and technology, Naidu highlighted Real Time Governance initiatives, offering 750 services via WhatsApp and enabling online reservations for temple darshan, bus tickets, and hotels. During the last 15 months, his government facilitated investments worth Rs 10 lakh crore, with another Rs 5 lakh crore in the pipeline. Reflecting on Bihar, Naidu added that whenever the NDA requests his support, he is ready to campaign for CM Nitish Kumar, reaffirming his belief in the party’s prospects.
