Under the guidance of Respected Principal sir Dr.Ashutosh Gupta Deptt of Swasthavritta & Yoga GAMC,Akhnoor today conducted a visit for the students of 2nd Prof as a part of their syllabus as per NCISM norms to Fresh Farms Milk Plant at Bari Brahmana.
During the visit the students practically observed the pasteurization process, milk hygiene & different tests regarding the adulteration of milk. They also observed latest equipments & packing processes.
Dr Abhishek Magotra Associate Professor and Dr Sheetal Gupta Assistant Professor organized the visit.
