Noida, Apr 23 : Rajnath Singh, senior BJP leader, praised the transformation of Noida from a “centre of corruption” to a “centre of business” during an election rally in Gautam Buddh Nagar on Tuesday. He credited the turnaround to the efforts of the BJP-led government.
Singh highlighted the eradication of criminal dominance in the region, which previously led to migration, as a significant achievement under the BJP’s governance. He emphasized that Noida’s reputation has shifted from being synonymous with corruption to being a hub for business and investment.
Speaking at an election rally in Bisaha village, Greater Noida, Singh expressed pride in the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for spearheading the transformation. He lauded the improved law and order situation, the development of infrastructure, and the influx of investment into the region.
Singh also took credit for the Noida International Airport project in the Jewar area of Gautam Buddh Nagar, highlighting the BJP government’s commitment to its development despite delays under previous administrations.
He emphasized Uttar Pradesh’s remarkable economic growth trajectory, asserting that the state’s contribution to the national economy is set to increase substantially in the coming years. Singh underscored the BJP’s vision for Uttar Pradesh to become a trillion-dollar economy, positioning it as a major player in India’s economic landscape.
