CRPF organises Free Medical Camp in highest village of JK’s Bhaderwah

Bhaderwah, May 21: With an aim to provide medicare facilities at the door steps of people residing in far-off villages of Bhaderwah, 33 Battalion of CRPF based at Bhaderwah in collaboration with Health Department organised a Free Medical
Camp in highest village Kansar of Jammu and Kashmir’s Bhaderwah on Thursday.

The event was inaugurated by Dr. Jayasree Singh Sarder, CMO (SG) (Command) along with BMO Bhaderwah Dr Mohd Ashraf Kuchey and Harish Mehra, Second-In-Command.

During the camp, NCDs, Multi screening Lab Facility, Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar, HB and general check ups were conducted by the team of doctors.

CMO 33 Bn, along with team of doctors and Medical Staff of Sub District Hospital Bhaderwah examined the patients including female, male and children, who came in large numbers.

Dr. Jayashri said that the main aim of the programme is to reach out to the people residing in far-off villages to provide medicare facilities at their door steps especially to females, who can’t reach to the hospital.

She also said beside routine medical check up, we are performing several tests of patients here.

More than 350 villagers mainly women belonging to poor families of Kansar and it’s adjoining villages availed medical benefits at the camp.

Villagers expressed their sincere thanks to 33 Bn CRPF for organizing such programme in a befitting manner

and to give free medical checkup and medicine to needy people.

They further said that this programme of CRPF will obviously help in developing better police public relation.
