Jammu : One day training workshop was organised by MISSION DIRECTORATE RUSA, J&K (State nodal office) AISHE .
The workshop was organised to train AISHE nodal officers from Stand alone institutions (polytechnics, nursing/paramedical diploma Institutions (Govt/Private) and Diet’s regarding uploading of AISHE data on AISHE Portal.
In the inaugural session , State coordinator aishe Dr ASIF IQBAL emphasised the relationship between data so collected and development of higher education sector. In his speech, MD RUSA/SNO AISHE emphasized on the relationship between aishe data and distribution of funds in Central sector schemes of higher education. He also dwelt upon the acceptance of AISHE data on Global levels. In her adress prof Nimmi sharma from dept. of higher education impressed upon institutions for filling of correct and in time data. In the second session, Vishal verma from TSG of State Unit presented a detailed delebration on practical filling of required data. The queries session was coordinated by Dr Asif Iqbal and Vishal Verma jointly. The hands on training in second session were coordinated by Vishal verma. The workshop ended with vote of thanks to organisers and participants.
