Jammu, Jan 30 :  Panic swept through the border village as a suspected improvised explosive device (IED) was found near a bridge in the Hiranagar-Ghagwal belt of Kathua district in Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday. The discovery prompted a swift response from the police, with teams from Hiranagar and Ghagwal police stations rushing to the spot.
