Jammu ; Under the guidance of Respected Principal sir Prof Dr Ashutosh Gupta, Swasthavritta & Yoga Department Government Ayurvedic Medical college Akhnoor Jammu conducted a Educational visit for the students of 3rd Prof as part of their curriculum to Sitlee water purification plant Nagrota Jammu.

During the visit the students practically observed the Rapid Sand Water Purification method. Students were also made aware about the Chlorination process and Filtration process . The students also got knowledge about the disinfection of water.

Dr Abhishek Magotra Associate Professor, Dr Sheetal Gupta Assistant professor Conducted the visit. Er Ankush Gupta gave a lecture to students about the water treatment processes.
