Priyanka Chaturvedi Responds to Amit Shah’s Taunt Regarding Dheeraj Sahu Joining BJP in INDIA Bloc

New Delhi, 11 Dec : Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Priyanka Chaturvedi responded to Union Home Minister Amit Shah’s criticism of the INDIA bloc for not addressing the Income Tax seizure of over Rs 200 crores. Chaturvedi argued that blaming the opposition for Congress MP Dheeraj Sahu’s business interests was unfair, emphasizing that standing by Sahu did not imply endorsing his actions. She alleged that if Sahu were to join the BJP, he would be cleared of all charges through what she referred to as “Modi’s washing machine.” Amit Shah had earlier accused Congress of remaining silent on the issue, attributing it to corruption being in the “nature” of the party. The Income Tax raids targeted Boudh Distilleries Private Limited, resulting in the recovery of over Rs 200 crore in cash from various locations in Odisha and Jharkhand.
