Adv.Suresh Dogra called on Chief Secretary J&K Sh.Atal Dulloo
Jammu, 6.12.2023 : Adv.Suresh Dogra General Secretary Jammu & Kashmir Pradesh Congress committee & Member AICC called on Chief Secretary J&K Sh.Atal Dulloo & presented him a Memorandum comprising grievances of Jammu and Kashmir
While discussing with Chief Secretary Adv.Suresh Dogra said that Restoration of State hood & Darbar move is foremost demand of the People of J&K,They want restoration of their State for better Governance & Also restoration of Darbar move for better Communication of both the Regions & upgradation of Business to avoid slump in the Markets & other Entrepreneurs.Revocation of property tax is also a main issue He said that as
the erstwhile state of J&K always remained disturbed and huge resources of business and cooperates are not available in J&K, so it will be difficult for the people of J&K to pay these property taxes. So It should be revoked.He further added that the people of Jammu and kashmir are unable to pay the huge electricity bills. No smart meters should be installed and electricity should be available in a subsidized manner.
Adv.Suresh Dogra emphasized to eradicate the Drug menace & Drug trafficking.Drug is a social abuse which kills the new generations and also declines society as well as economy of Country.,spreading of Drug in a very speedy way in J&K must be checked & Controlled. Police Authorities and other concerning agencies must be directed to control it in a hard legal ways.He disclosed that He is is OBC leader of the Party so he also demanded for the Implementation of Mandal Commission Report in jammu and kashmir:The long pending demand of OBC people of J&K which guarantees 27 percent reservation to Other Backward Classes must be Fulfilled And restoration of Pre- Matric and Post Matric Scholarships to the students of the above community be stored.
Women Safety is also One of the major issue was also discussed at higher level.He demanded that One Desk for Women Complaints must be established in each Police Station of J&K,only a Single Women cell is not Sufficient & The work of small city which is undergoing must be checked in a proper way because the internal sewerage of the old city are not so concreted that a new slaps and plates could be adjusted on it. Security should be provided to all opposition leaders of National and Regional parties upto the level of state secretaries.
In the end Chief Secy.Sh.Atal Dulloo assured him for the early redressal of the Grievances of above said grievances of J&K.
