Jammu: Guest lecture by Dr Akhilesh Shukla,Assistant Professor fro All India Institute of Ayurveda,Goa was organised for Transitional Curriculum “AYURDIKSHA” for Session 2023-2024 in JIAR.He spoke on “Ayurveda System and its Role in Primary Health Care, Public Health and Disease Prevention”.
World AIDS day was also celebrated creating an awareness on theme “LET COMMUNITIES LEAD”.The students of 4th prof BAMS participated in this symposium and students emphasised on breaking down the stigmas ,promote education and support those who are affected by HIV AIDS and concluded the session with a slogan ” Unite to ignite
