JAMMU, Oct 25 : Jammu and Kashmir Police orchestrated a ‘Unity Run’ in Kishtwar district, with the primary objective of paying homage to martyrs and fostering unity and patriotism within the community.
A police spokesperson highlighted that this event not only commemorated the unwavering dedication and sacrifices of the martyrs but also served to bolster unity and a sense of patriotism among community members. Similar events were simultaneously conducted at police station levels.
Under the leadership of Kishtwar SSP Khalil Poswal, the ‘Unity Run’ attracted enthusiastic participation from individuals across the district and even beyond, bringing together people from diverse backgrounds in a collective spirit of patriotism.
Poswal expressed his gratitude to all the participants and volunteers, recognizing that their steadfast support and dedication played a pivotal role in making this event truly memorable and impactful.
The run commenced from the iconic Kuleed Chowk in Kishtwar, with participants embarking on a scenic route that showcased the natural beauty of the region. This event underscored the resolute commitment of Kishtwar Police in instilling a sense of unity and patriotism in the local community.
