Sinha attributed the attack on security forces in Anantnag to the frustration within terrorist ranks, which stemmed from the successful organization of the G20 Summit and a crackdown on individuals profiting from conflict in Jammu and Kashmir. Sinha emphasized that the time had come to put an end to terrorism and dismantle the ecosystem that has oppressed the common people of Jammu and Kashmir. He called for the youth and citizens of the region to stand together in solidarity with this crucial campaign, emphasizing the importance of collective action.
The statements were made at an event organized by NGO Sarhad Pune, which aimed to honor 73 individuals for their outstanding service during the COVID-19 pandemic and the Amarnath Yatra pilgrimage.
