Jammu, June 15: The High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh has declared its summer vacations, scheduled to take place from June 19, 2023, until July 8, 2023. In an official order, it was stated that the period from June 19 to June 24, 2023, will be observed as a ‘No Work Period’ for the Hon’ble High Court. To address urgent matters during the vacation period, specific judges have been nominated.
Justice Rajesh Sekhri and Justice Rahul Bharti have been assigned to hear cases at the Jammu Wing, while Justice Moksha Khajuria and Justice Wasim Sadiq Nagral will preside over matters concerning the Srinagar Wing. This arrangement ensures that essential judicial proceedings continue to take place despite the summer break.
