Akhnoor, June 15 : Under the able guidance of Prof. (Dr.) Shashi Sudhan Sharma and in continuation of 21 days Yoga campaign, today on 16th day of countdown, a Yoga awareness camp was organised by the Department of Swasthavritta and Yoga, Govt. Ayurvedic Medical College Akhnoor in collaboration with Govt. Polytechnic for women college Jammu under the Guidance of Principal Er Suket Gupta. The camp was organised to create awareness among Students and staff of the college so that they can adopt yoga in their life to be healthy. An Awareness lecture on yoga followed by a live yoga session was conducted.
Dr. Abhishek Magotra, Associate Professor gave a Awareness lecture on yoga ,Dr Sheetal Gupta Assistant professor gave vote of thanks and Mrs Archna Sharma Yoga teacher demonstrated the Yoga protocol .
Punika , Sumit, Rahil , Shivani, Sakshi and Anisa all students of Gamc Akhnoor third year actively participated in the event. From Women polytechnic college vote of thanks was given by Sh. Naresh Gupta HOD, Electronic and Communication And the program was Coordinated by Sh. Kamal Kumar HOD, Textile Designing.
