Jammu, June 02 : Under the able Guidance of Prof.(Dr.) Shashi Sudan Sharma, Principal GAMC Akhnoor, a Seminar was conducted on ‘World No Tobacco Day’ by Dr. Harmeet Kour, Associate Professor and Dr. Sreekala Vijayan, Assistant Professor, Department of Agad Tantra GAMC Akhnoor in collaboration with Govt.
Nursing College, Akhnoor. The theme of event is “We Need Food, Not Tobacco”. Various presentations were given by the students of GAMC on the ill effects of using tobacco and create awareness among the students.
Dr. Harmeet Kour, Associate Professor, GAMC elaborated benefits of de-addiction of tobacco. Principal, Govt. Nursing College , Akhnoor thanks Principal GAMC Akhnoor for organizing the event.
