BUDGAM, May 31: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) intensified its crackdown on Wednesday, conducting raids at three locations in central Kashmir’s Budgam district. The raids were carried out as part of a case registered by the national probing agency.
According to official sources, NIA sleuths, with the assistance of the Jammu and Kashmir police and CRPF, searched three locations in Budgam district. The residences of Farooq Ahmad Bhat, son of Ghulam Hassan Bhat, and Zubair Ahmad Dar, son of Late Abdul Hamid Dar, both residents of Aripathen, were thoroughly searched. In addition, another team raided the residential house of Ali Mohammad Dar, son of Ghulam Ahmad, in the same village.
