Q: How did you first get interested in the entertainment industry?
A: My passion for Kathak dance paved the way for me to become a successful dancer, actor, and influencer. I completed my Masters in Kathak Dance, which helped me explore different aspects of performing arts. It was during this time that I realized that I wanted to pursue a career in the entertainment industry.
Q: What challenges did you face when you started your career in the industry?
A: The entertainment industry is highly competitive, and it was not easy to make a name for myself. I had to work hard and prove myself in every field that I entered. I faced several challenges, including rejection and self-doubt. But I never let those challenges hold me back. I continued to work hard and focused on my goals.
Q: What role has social media played in your career?
A: Social media has been a game-changer for me. It has helped me showcase my talent to a wider audience and connect with my fans. I create dance, fashion, and lifestyle content on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Moj, and ShareChat. Social media has also helped me collaborate with other artists and brands, which has opened up new opportunities for me.
Q: What advice would you give to aspiring artists and entrepreneurs?
A: My advice to aspiring artists and entrepreneurs is to work hard and be dedicated to your craft. Don’t give up on your dreams, no matter how challenging the path may seem. There are no shortcuts to success. You have to be persistent and keep learning from your experiences. Surround yourself with positive and supportive people who believe in you and your vision.
Q: What are your plans for the future?
A: I have a strong desire to explore new horizons. I am the co-founder of Manzeel Entertainment production house, and I plan to launch a restaurant chain in India called Patrakar Chaiwala, along with my friend and co-host Udit Parekh. I want to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere where people can come together, share their stories and experiences, and enjoy the taste of authentic Indian tea.
