Special Screening of TB patients also held

Bhadarwah, May 07: With an aim to provide medicare facilities at the door steps of people residing in far-off villages of Bhadarwah, 33 Battalion of CRPF based at Bhadarwah in collaboration with Health Department organised a Free Medical
Camp at Manthla village of Bhadarwah.

Bn CRPF was the chief guest on the occasion.
He expressed his gratitude to
the present Medical officers and staff of Sub District Hospital Bhadarwah
for making the event success by their gracious presence.

He also emphasis the importance of organizing such programme for the free medical checkup and medicine distribution to the needy people.
Dr. Jayashri Singh Sarder,
CMO 33 Bn, CRPF along with Dr. Varsha Sharma, District Immunization Officer and District Tubercular Officer Doda, Medical Officers Dr. Nasreen and Dr Muneeza and Medical Staff of
Sub District Hospital Bhadarwah examined the patients including female, male and children, who came in large numbers.

Dr. Varsha Sharma, District Immunization Officer and District Tubercular Officer Doda said that the main aim of the programme is to reach out to the people residing in far-off villages to provide medicare facilities at their door steps especially to females, who can’t reach to the hospital.
She also said beside routine medical check up, we are screening patients for symptoms of Tuberculosis and providing them medicines and care, so that the dream of TB Mukt Bharat can be achieved.
Medical Officer Dr Muneeza said that it's great initiative for the people of this far-off area. "I am feeling proud to be a part of this mega medical camp, where I got an opportunity to serve these people," Dr Muneeza added.

All local people of Bhaderwah
and nearby villages expressed their sincere thanks to Commandant and his
team 33 Bn, CRPF for organizing the said programme in a befitting manner
and to give free medical checkup and medicine to needy people.

They further said that this programme of CRPF will obviously helpful in developing better police public relation.
In this programme Ankit Kumar Gupta, Asstt. Comdt, Hayat Singh Rana, Asstt. Comdt and Jawans have also rendered
their efforts to make the program successful.
The event was well appreciated
by all the dignitaries and local public.
