Weather Department Predicts Increased Rainfall in Jammu and Kashmir Starting Tomorrow, Temperature to Remain Below Normal

Srinagar, May 01: The Meteorological Department has issued a weather advisory forecasting a fresh spell of rainfall in Jammu and Kashmir starting from tomorrow. The department predicts that the valley will experience moderate to heavy rainfall, with thunderstorms and lightning in some areas. The rainfall is expected to last for several days, and the department has advised people to take necessary precautions to avoid any untoward incidents.

Moreover, the department has also predicted that temperatures in the region will remain mostly below normal. The minimum temperature in Srinagar is expected to be around 12 degrees Celsius, while the maximum temperature is expected to be around 24 degrees Celsius. In the Jammu region, the maximum temperature is expected to be around 32 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature around 21 degrees Celsius. The department has advised people to take necessary precautions to avoid any weather-related illnesses.
