Jammu, 1st May: Kailash Pati Sharma Vice President Schneider electric who is son of soil has been nominated as theCo-Chairperson of ASSOCHAM National Council on Electronics & Components for India in New Delhi. Kailash Pati Sharma has been serving the nation by building the best business models and bringing Quality and Customer satisfaction in the country which have propelled the Industry Image and Make In India story. He has worked in Dell Computers, LG, Onida, Schneider Electric and he has contributed hugely in MAKE In INDIA and Digital India initiatives. He has brought about 10000 plus jobs in India in Multi- Capacity by working in different roles. Kailash Pati Sharma is also Chairman in Automation l Skills council and Senior member in 4 govts skill council in India. He has been supporting JK also on many Industrial efforts and he has also initiated an electronics industry cluster in JK.
Addressing the media, he said that he is from Jammu and Kashmir and he will do all efforts to bring Industry to JK so that manufacturing of electronics and electrical appliances and components can go high and as result JK can become self-dependent on these products and which will bring huge jobs for our Youths in Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh. He said that his vision is to set up the best Industry for solar, LED and renewable factories in Jammu and Kashmir which can become a showcase and path finder for others. He disclosed that he is in process of creating a solar experience centre in JK which will be dedicated to the Govt later. He said that he has vision along-with Japanese govt and Daiki axis for water sewerage plants for dal lake, Vaishno devi and AIIMS. He said that in future discussions and suggestion to Govt will be done so that 80% of wastewater can be reused
As the Chamber continues to enhance its activities to support this national endeavour, key focus areas for me would be to strengthen the Chamber’s efforts in facilitating the Indian MSME sector and helping create an ecosystem for start-ups. Kailash also focussed that he will work with Jammu and Kashmir Assocham Body under leadership of Mr Manik Batra for working and stepping up efforts for MSME including Fee Lean training to MSME and supporting the QCI Initiatives for making JK and Ladakh MSME More productive. He also stressed that huge efforts will be put into sharing technology and processes with MSME and even some of the MSME can be exposed to industry outside JK including visiting Schneider electric, LG, Samsung, Luminous, ABB etc and discussions are on for that. He said that efforts will also go to set up some MSME who can supply parts to big MNCs from Jammu and Kashmir
