On the eve of women day falling on 8 march Dr. K D Multispeciality organised a function to facilitate women from different section of the society of jammu region at Hospital on Sunday. The. Function was graced by Kunwarani Ritu Singh ji ,Madam Yasha Mudgal ji IAS , Former minister Smt Priya Sethi ji and Madam Ranjeet Kour JKAS along with other eminent ladies from all the section of the society .
The Women Day was celebrated in hospital with the aim of promoting health awareness among the women and offering them easy access to quality healthcare, where women visiting will avail the specialist consultations of Ophthalmology , Orthopaedic, Gastroenterology , Cardiology ,Internal Medicine, Gynaecology, Gen Surgery IVF , Emergency & Trauma Medicine for free of the cost till 31 March 2023.
The Management of the hospital in the function announced that Free consultatios and discount on other investigations like X-ray ultrasounds & CT Scan And lab Test till 31 March will be given to all females irrespective of their age groups
Kunwarani Ritu Singh ji ,Madam Yasha Mudgal ji IAS , former minister Smt Priya Sethi ji and Madam Ranjeet Kour JKAS along with other eminent ladies from all the section of the society welcomed the Initiative of the hospital in organising free mega Multi-speciality camp for all females till 31 March on the celebration of the world’s women day. In their address they said that such camps are beneficial for the women and requested such camps should be organised periodically.
Dr. JP Singh the MD of the Hospital said that women are the important pillar of the society and they have decided to dedicate whole month to women health
Dr Sumit Sharma CEO of the hospital also assured that these social Activities will be organized periodically. This initiative has been very well appreciated by everyone.
He also added that the hospital is empanelled with aayushman Bharat Yojana scheme and Other TPA companies.hospital has conducted more than 1000 surgeries in a span of Eight months under aayushman scheme & TPA .
