Jammu : Aam Aadmi Party’s Traders Wing sangathan mantri Raj Kumar Goyal has said that the central government should reduce the prices of petrol, diesel, cooking gas, food items to curb inflation. Goyal said that due to the wrong policies of the government today the business class along with the common man is completely upset. Different types of taxes are being imposed on it, for which it has become difficult to do business. On the other hand, inflation is creating new records. Despite the low prices of crude oil in the international market, no concession is given to the people. Recently, the government increased the price of LPG cylinder by 50 rupees. The Bharatiye Janta Party, which came to power before 2014 by making inflation an issue, has today become the highest tax-imposing government in the world. The opposition was a constant attacker on the government regarding inflation. today there is chaos all around the country. The prices of essential commodities are skyrocketing but the government is not bothered about it. Instead of fixing the sinking economy, the entire attention of the government is towards diverting the attention of the people. This situation can prove fatal for the country. Therefore, the government should formulate a concrete strategy and take effective steps to bring down inflation and improve the economy.
