In the ongoing Delhi Excise policy case probe, Enforcement Directorate (ED) has arrested Raghav Magunta, son of YSR Congress party MP from Ongole Magunta Srinivasulu Reddy on Saturday.
According to officials, Raghav Magunta was taken into custody on Friday evening under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).
He will be produced before a local court, where the ED will seek his custody.
This is the ninth arrest by the ED, in connection with this case. Raghav’s arrest is the third this week.
