In Kashmir valley, the cold wave conditions prevail as the mercury remains below the freezing point at most places. MET department said a minimum temperature of -10.2 degree celsius was recorded at the Pahalgam tourist spot last night while -1.9 degree celsius was recorded in Srinagar.
