New Delhi, July 4: The Delhi High Court has issued a notice regarding Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s bail plea in the ongoing excise policy case, directing the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to file its response.
The court will hear the matter next on July 17, which will coincide with the Delhi Chief Minister’s plea challenging his arrest by the CBI.
Kejriwal was taken into custody by the CBI on June 26, 2024, in connection with the case and is currently under judicial custody.
