In a significant development, the Jammu and Kashmir Police have taken decisive action by attaching the properties of two terror handlers in Baramulla. The attached properties, spanning 3 Kanals and 19 Marlas of land, are valued at lakhs of rupees and belong to Jalal Din and Mohd Saki, both of whom are based in Pakistan.
This action, carried out under Section 83 of the Criminal Procedure Code, is linked to a case under Sections 7 and 25 of the Indian Arms Act and 4(III) of the TADA Act. The properties were identified during police investigations, reaffirming the police’s commitment to combatting terrorism in the region.
Authorities stated that the operation underscores the ongoing efforts to clamp down on terror activities and disrupt networks operating within the region. The attachment of these properties sends a strong message to those involved in supporting terrorism and highlights the resolve of law enforcement agencies to safeguard peace and security in Jammu and Kashmir.
