PM Modi: India Aims for Quantum Leap, Calls for 24/7 Work Commitment in Current Period

New Delhi, Dec 11 : Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed optimism on Monday, stating that India is poised for a significant leap in development. Launching the “Viksit Bharat @2047: Voice of Youth” initiative, which seeks to engage the nation’s youth in contributing ideas for the vision of a developed India by 2047, the prime minister emphasized the pivotal role of the young generation as both the “agent of change” and the “beneficiary of change.” Modi urged a 24/7 commitment to work, emphasizing the ongoing “Amrit Kaal” as a crucial period for India’s exponential progress. Addressing university leaders and faculty members, he stressed the need to prepare the youth for leadership roles that prioritize national interest. Modi highlighted the importance of public participation and suggested connecting every youngster with the action plan for a developed India. The “Viksit Bharat@2047” vision encompasses economic growth, social progress, environmental sustainability, and good governance, with Modi encouraging special campaigns in educational institutions to engage the youth in the development process. He launched the “Ideas” portal for suggestions and emphasized the role of vocational skills in higher education. The prime minister urged comprehensive brainstorming at all levels to advance the goal of a developed India.
