New Delhi, Nov 28: On Tuesday, gold prices in the national capital increased by Rs 100, reaching Rs 62,750 per 10 grams, aligning with the upward trend observed in the global precious metal markets, as reported by HDFC Securities.
In the preceding trading session, the precious metal had concluded at Rs 62,650 per 10 grams, while the silver price remained steady at Rs 78,200 per kilogram.
Saumil Gandhi, Senior Analyst, Commodities, HDFC Securities, noted, “Gold prices edged higher on Tuesday, with the spot gold price in Delhi markets trading at Rs 62,750 per 10 grams, marking a Rs 100 increase from the previous close.”
In the international markets, the price of gold rose to USD 2,014 per ounce, with silver holding nearly flat at USD 24.60 per ounce. Spot gold at Comex was trading at USD 2,014 per ounce, reflecting a USD 4 increase from the previous close, added Gandhi.
