KULGAM, Jun 27: Unidentified Terrorist Neutralized in Encounter with Security Forces in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kulgam District; One Security Personnel Injured
According to police reports, an encounter took place on Tuesday, June 27, 2023, in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kulgam district, resulting in the elimination of an unidentified terrorist. During the operation, one security personnel sustained injuries.
The Kashmir Zone Police tweeted, “01 local #terrorist neutralised. Identification and affiliation being ascertained. Incriminating material including arms and ammunition recovered. Search going on. Further details shall follow.”
Efforts are underway to identify the slain terrorist and determine their affiliation. The security forces have recovered arms, ammunition, and other incriminating materials from the encounter site. A search operation is currently in progress. Additional information will be provided in due course.
