Akhnoor, June 19 : Under the able guidance of Prof. (Dr.) Shashi Sudhan Sharma and in continuation of 21 days Yoga campaign, today on 20th day of countdown, a Yoga awareness camp was organised by the Department of Swasthavritta and Yoga, Govt. Ayurvedic Medical College Akhnoor at GDC Akhnoor .The camp was organised to create awareness among Students and staff of the college so that they can adopt yoga in their life to be healthy. An Awareness lecture on yoga followed by a live yoga session was conducted.
Dr. Abhishek Magotra, Associate Professor gave a Awareness lecture on yoga ,Dr Sheetal Gupta Assistant professor gave vote of thanks andMrs Archna Sharma Yoga teacher demonstrated the Yoga protocol . Basit, Arfat Nawaz and Maheen all students of Gamc Akhnoor third year actively participated in the event.
From GDC Akhnoor vote of thanks was given by Dr Sanjay Kapoor Assistant professor and Nss Program officer, Dr Romilla Malla Bhat Principal GDC Akhnoor, Lt Shivani Sharma ANO Girls and Lt Kuldeep Kumar ANO boys were also present on the occasion.
