JAMMU: The Govt on Friday asked all the officers above the rank of Under Secretaries in J&K stationed at Srinagar and Jammu to attend the main function of 15 August Celebration at the J&K Cricket Stadium Sonawar in Srinagar and Maulana Azad Stadium in Jammu, respectively as part of their official duty.
